- 1 lb. can salmon (or equivalent smoked salmon)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt and white pepper
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, discarding bones and skin.

2Combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, cream cheese and liquid smoke seasoning.

3Mix well and chill several hours.
