Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon (or equivalent smoked salmon)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and white pepper
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon, discarding bones and skin.

    Combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, cream cheese and liquid smoke seasoning.

    Mix well and chill several hours.
