- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (low-fat)
- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick (low-fat)
Directions

1Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double broiler.

2Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted.

3Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well.

4Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.

5Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

6May be frozen before baking.

7Place on cookie; freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags.
