Ingredients

  • 16 oz. salmon
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 3 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • several dashes of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley (or more)
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones and flake.

    With mixer, whip cream cheese.

    Blend in lime juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and pepper.

    Stir in salmon. Spread pecans and parsley on sheet of waxed paper.

    Turn out mixture and roll until covered.

    Chill.
