- 4 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. salmon
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. finely cut pimiento
Directions

1Cook macaroni.

2Drain, but do not rinse.

3Combine celery soup and milk.

4Add macaroni, salmon, pimiento and 1/2 cup of grated cheese.

5Turn into greased casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

6Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
