  • Cut up broccoli crowns.
  • Finely chopped jalapeno pepper

  • Thinly sliced mango from 2 mangoes
  • Thinly sliced daikon radish

  • Thinly sliced shallot
  • Brut champagne (I used Freixenet)
  • Lime juice of 1/2 limes
  • Walnut oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spices for salmon include: Jamaican curry, turmeric, powered ginger, chinese five spice, lemon grass powder.
