- 1 (9-inch) double crust
- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light cream
Directions

1Make enough pastry for 9-inch double pie; roll out pastry and cut into twelve 5-inch circles.

2Set each circle loosely into large 3-inch muffin cups.

3Chill; toss together Swiss cheese, salmon, onion, celery, parsley, flour and salt.

4Spoon into shells; combine eggs and cream and pour over cheese mixture in shells.

5Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake in 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
