- 2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans salmon
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Drain salmon; pick out bones and skin.

2Add celery, olives, hard-boiled eggs, salt, paprika and lemon juice.

3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.

4Blend in mayonnaise and pour over salmon mixture, stirring to coat.

5Pour into a wet mold (fish mold if available).

6Refrigerate for 6 hours.

7Serve on lettuce.
