Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except cottage cheese, in a pot.

2Cook over medium heat until spinach boils.

3Remove from heat.

4Add cottage cheese and puree in blender.

5Return to pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

6(Can be frozen.)
