- 1 tall (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften and add water to dissolve.

2Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, Tabasco, paprika and salt.

3Remove skin and visible bone from salmon.

4Flake well. Add salmon to mixture and mix well.

5Fold in whipped cream.

6Pour into oiled mold and chill.
