Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 2 c. flaked salmon (canned or poached), bones removed
- 1 c. heavy cream
- crackers or cucumber slices
Directions

1Soften gelatin in cold water in large bowl.

2Stir in boiling water and whisk the mixture slowly until gelatin dissolves.

3Cool to room temperature.

4Whisk in mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated onion, hot pepper sauce, paprika, salt and dill.

5Blend and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
