Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained

Directions

    Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water. Combine the remaining ingredients.

    Add gelatin and blend.

    Pour into a 1 quart mold (which has been rinsed in cold water).

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with caper sauce if desired.
