Salmon Omelet(With Dairy)

- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 small zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed, crumbled
- sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Saute zucchini and green onion in 1 tablespoon butter.

3Remove from skillet. Melt remaining butter.

4Beat eggs, water and dill weed.

5Cook omelet, lifting to allow uncooked eggs to flow to bottom.

6When golden, spoon on vegetables and salmon. Fold omelet in half.

7Slice in 2 pieces.

8Serve with sour cream.
