  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder with parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/2 lb. salmon filets (I sometimes use chicken breasts instead)
  • 8 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
  • 1 c. basil, chopped
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 lb. rigatoni, cooked al dente
  • lots of fresh parsley
  • pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a big skillet, heat oil and butter and quickly stir garlic in; do not brown.

    Add the chicken broth and simmer the broccoli just until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
