  • 1/4 c. fresh crabmeat
  • 3 asparagus spears
  • Hollandaise sauce (recipe follows)

    Grill salmon. Boil asparagus spears. Arrange cooked asparagus on a plate with the salmon. Cover the salmon with crabmeat. Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
