- 2 lb. chuck steak, cubed
- 6 c. water
- 5 c. cooked and diced beets
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook meat in a large saucepan in 6 cups water about 2 hours. Add beets, celery and onion.

2Cook another 30 minutes.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Blend sour cream, flour and egg.

5Stir into soup.

6Do not boil.
