- 23 pounds, 58 ounces, weight Chinese Cabbage, Finely Sliced
- 1 whole Red Pepper
- 2-13 ounces, weight Snow Peas
- 4 whole Salmon Filltes (115 Grams Each)
- 4 tablespoons, 2-78 pinches Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 whole Spring Onions
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste

2Cut 4 large pieces of baking paper and fold each piece in half.

3Place them opened on a worktop and keep separately.

5Mix the cabbage, pepper and snow peas.

6Divide the vegetables over the 4 parcels and place a salmon fillet on each one.

8Mix in a smaal bowl the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and salt and pepper.

9Drizzle over the salmon and vegetables.

10Fold the empty half of the baking paper over the food and fold the edges, closing the parcels.

12Place parcels on a large oven tray and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.

13Note: if you do not have baking paper, just use aluminum foil.
