  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions

    Drain salmon; flake with a fork.

    Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke; stir well.

    Chill mixture several hours or overnight.

    Shape salmon mixture into a log.

    Combine pecans and parsley.
