- 1 (6 oz.) can red salmon, drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 capers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain salmon well (keep bones in, excellent source of calcium).

2Mash salmon and stir with a fork.

3Add softened cream cheese and mix well with a fork.

4Mix in remaining ingredients. Spray a flat bowl with cooking oil.

5Pour contents into bowl and smooth out any lumps.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Invert bowl over serving tray to empty contents.

8Smooth out any lumps.

9Serve with melba toast rounds or crackers.
