Ingredients
- 1 can (7 1/2 oz.) salmon
- 8 oz. Camembert cheese
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions (white only)
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
- salt, pepper to taste
- lemon slice, parsley for garnish
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Remove rind from cheese and cut cheese into chunks.

3Place all ingredients except garnish in food processor fitted with steel knife.

4Process until smooth. Place pate in serving dish.

5Chill several hours.

6Garnish.

7Serve with crackers, party rye or cut up raw vegetables.
