- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Pour undrained salmon into bowl, removing bones.

2Mix in egg. Add onion, salt, milk, flour, stirring well.

3Shape mixture into patties.

4Fry in hot oil in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned; drain.

5Serve with potato salad.

6May top the patties with chili powder gravy.
