  • 16 oz. can salmon, cleaned and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley

Directions

    Mix salmon and cream cheese; blend well.

    Add lemon juice, onion and horseradish.

    Mix until well blended.

    Can be shaped into log, ball, etc.

    Sprinkle with parsley.

    Chill, serve with crackers.
