- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, boned
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 large potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- biscuit mix pastry for 2 double crust 9-inch pies
Directions

1Combine salmon, onions and butter; mix thoroughly.

2Add potatoes and mash.

3Stir in milk; whip until smooth.

4Spread mixture in prepared pastry shells; top with crust and crimp edges to seal.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Pie may be frozen.
