- 1 large can salmon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Slowly add buttermilk and beaten eggs.

3Crumble salmon and add to mixture.

4Drop by teaspoons into deep fat.

5They will begin to puff as soon as they are in the hot fat.

6Fry until golden brown.

7Drain by placing on paper towel.

8Makes about 15 puffs.
