- 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of juice.

2Put salmon in mixing bowl and add the egg.

3Mix well and then add 1/2 cup flour. Add salt to taste.

4Add baking powder to reserved juice and beat until foamy.

5Use large cup for this as it will increase in volume.

6Add salmon mixture and mix well.
