  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  • 1 c. cooked peas, drained
  • 1 c. grated cheese (1/4 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Mix salmon and peas; spread in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

    Blend cheese and 1/2 cup milk; pour over salmon.

    Mix mayonnaise, 1/3 cup milk and Bisquick with fork. Drop with spoon on salmon mixture.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until browned.
