  • 2 c. rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cans Chicken of the Sea skinless, boneless pink salmon (6 1/8 oz. cans)
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts
  • 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • lettuce leaves
