- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.

2Mix well. Chill for 3 to 5 hours.

3Shape into log and roll in nuts and parsley.
