  • 1 large can salmon, flaked and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.

    Mix well. Chill for 3 to 5 hours.

    Shape into log and roll in nuts and parsley.

    Chill and serve with crackers.
