- 600 grams salmon filet
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 6 nori sheets pcs of sushi
- 300 grams soba
- 1/3 cup dashi stock
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 stalk spring onion sliced
- 1 dash shichimi togarashi
- 1 tablespoon oil
- wasabi
- ginger marinated, slices

11. Clean salmon, remove fish bones, slice.

33. Brush frying pan with oil and fry salmon roll about 4 minutes then flip side and fry 3 minutes more.
