- 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated onion (optional)
Directions

1In bowl, combine red salmon, minced clams, diced celery, hard-cooked eggs, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

2Combine mayonnaise lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to salmon mixture and toss lightly.

3Cover, chill and serve. Makes 6 servings.
