Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • grated onion (optional)

Directions

    In bowl, combine red salmon, minced clams, diced celery, hard-cooked eggs, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

    Combine mayonnaise lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to salmon mixture and toss lightly.

    Cover, chill and serve. Makes 6 servings.
