- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp. canola oil or olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- a few capers
Directions

1Heat nonstick skillet with the oil.

2Put fillets in when hot. Saute 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

3In the last minute of cooking, squeeze the lemon over fillets and toss in the capers.

4Makes 2 servings.
