  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon or 8 oz. fresh, poached
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 drops hot sauce (more if you like it spicy)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Place salmon in strainer; drain thoroughly (only if using canned salmon).

    Flake salmon with fork.

    Combine all ingredients; mix until smooth.

    Chill overnight before using.

    Spread on toast points or fill rosette cups.
