- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon or 8 oz. fresh, poached
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 drops hot sauce (more if you like it spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onions
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place salmon in strainer; drain thoroughly (only if using canned salmon).

2Flake salmon with fork.

3Combine all ingredients; mix until smooth.

4Chill overnight before using.

5Spread on toast points or fill rosette cups.
