  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can low sodium salmon, drained, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 c. low sodium mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

    Serve on low sodium crackers or bread that has been spread with low sodium margarine if desired.
