  • 1 (7.5 oz.) can of salmon, drained, bones removed and flaked
  • 3 scallions, white and greens, chopped
  • 1 sm cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2C dill, chopped
  • 1/3C flay leaf parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1T canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
