- 3 scallions, white and greens, chopped
- 1 sm cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1/2C dill, chopped
- 1/3C flay leaf parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1T canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
