- 4 to 6 thick salmon steaks
- herb seasoning
- juice of medium lemon
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. oat or whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 2 large sliced sweet onions
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Rinse fish.

3Place in large casserole dish and season.

4Pour lemon juice over.

5Heat oil in small saucepan and stir in flour.

6Add yogurt and stir until boiling.

7Remove from heat.

8Arrange onions over steaks.

9Pour sauce over it all. Bake for 15 minutes.

10Uncover.

11Bake 15 more minutes.

12Check by fork. Sprinkle over the dried parsley.
