- 6 salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
Directions

1Place salmon in greased shallow pan.

2In saucepan, melt butter and add seasonings; spread over steaks.

3Sprinkle 1 teaspoon grated onion over each steak.

4Bake at 375° to 400° for 30 minutes, turning once.
