- 4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen; place in shallow dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.

3Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or chill for 4 to 6 hours, turning steaks occasionally.

4Drain, reserving marinade.
