- milk
- butter
- salt and pepper
- thickening
Directions

1Drain juice from salmon into saucepan.

2Add enough milk and water to make desired amount (quart, gallon, etc.).

3Bring to a boil; salt and pepper to taste.

4Add a little butter, if desired. Add flaked salmon.

5Return to boiling point.

6Add thickening just like Chicken Stew.
