- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can evaporated milk and enough regular milk to serve 4 or 5
Directions

1Cook the cut up onion and margarine in a small pot.

2Drain can of salmon.

3Dump salmon in a bowl and take the bones out if you desire.

4Mash the salmon up a little and cook a while in the pot of onion and margarine.

5Put milk in a bigger pot and start to warm.

6After salmon and ingredients have cooked a little while, dump into milk and serve when it gets hot enough.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.
