  • 1 (8 oz.) can smoked salmon
  • 2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
