Salmon Supper

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 (16 oz) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
- 1 cup cooked peas (I like the frozen peas)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour.

2Gradually stir in soup and milk.

3Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.

4Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice.

5Pour into baking dish.

6Top with biscuits.

7Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
