Salmon Supper

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 (16 oz) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  • 1 cup cooked peas (I like the frozen peas)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour.

    Gradually stir in soup and milk.

    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.

    Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Top with biscuits.

    Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
