- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1/4 c. salmon liquid
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup.

2Flake salmon and combine with salmon liquid and water.

3Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and spoon into 6 greased custard cups.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

5Unmold onto platter.

6Combine 3 or 4 tablespoons milk with remaining soup.

7Heat and spoon over salmon.

8Garnish with parsley.
