Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 1/4 c. salmon liquid
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup.

    Flake salmon and combine with salmon liquid and water.

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and spoon into 6 greased custard cups.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Unmold onto platter.

    Combine 3 or 4 tablespoons milk with remaining soup.
  7. 7
    Heat and spoon over salmon.
  8. 8
    Garnish with parsley.
