  • 1/4 pound sashimi grade salmon cut into tiny cubes
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/3 cup Brent's Pico
  • 1 green onion sliced thin
  • pepper
  • dash of soy
  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder

Directions

    cut the salmon into 1/4 inch cubes toss with all remaining ingredients

    Let marinate for 2 hours in fridge

    serve on top of rice crackers or cucumber slices
