- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- salt to taste
- monosodium glutamate to taste
- paprika or parsley flakes
Directions

1Cut a slice from top of each tomato; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
