  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • monosodium glutamate to taste
  • paprika or parsley flakes

    Cut a slice from top of each tomato; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

    Invert tomatoes to drain.

    Reserve pulp for soups or sauces.
