- 2 slice Salted salmon( sweet salt )
- 1 Cucumber
- 5 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 as liked Lemon
- 360 ml Freshly cooked rice
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
Directions

1Mix vinegar, sugar and salt and make a sushi vinegar.

2You can even just buy a sushi vinegar if you like.

3Slice the cucumber and sprinkle some salt and massage it a little.

4Fry the salted salmon and flake it while it is still hot.

5Add the sushi vinegar from the 1 process to the freshly cooked ( 2 rice cooker cups) rice.

6Adjust how much sushi vinegar you use because it will be too sour if you use the whole amount of sushi vinegar.

7Add the flaked salmon and cucumber.

8Put the cucumber through water to wash off the salt and squeeze it and drain it before adding it.

9Mix the whole thing together quickly.

10Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds if you like and mix it quickly.

11Garnish lemon and it is ready!

12Squeeze the lemon on it if you want it to be sour.
