- 1 (15 oz.) can red salmon
- 2 c. medium white sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can small English peas
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 pimiento, diced
- 1/2 c. very sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Place salmon in bottom of casserole.

2Add half of the white sauce, covering the salmon well.

3Add the peas, spreading well over the sauce.

4Sprinkle diced eggs and pimiento over peas. Cover with remaining white sauce and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake slowly about half an hour or 45 minutes in fairly slow oven. Serve hot.
