- 2 1/2 tbsp original Shake and Bake
- 1 tsp paprika (hot and smoked if you can find it)
- 1 tsp yellow Curry powder
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 6oz Salmon Fillets
Directions

1If you get your Salmon from a place like Costco, cut it into 5 to 6 ounce sections.

2LIGHTLY SALT THE FILLETS.

3You should freeze the rest.

4In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

5Generously cover both sides of the Salmon with you dry ingredients.

6Don't be afraid to kind of press it in.

7Cook.

8If you have a non-stick, use it.

9Oil in the pan and cook MED-HIGH heat for about 4 or 5 minutes per side.

10You should see a nice golden brown color.

11Serve.

12This goes well with potatoes, brown rice mixed with a light garlic butter sauce or a whole bunch of other pairings.
