- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1In a small frying pan melt butter; saute onion and cooked and very well drained spinach to onions.

2Cut cream cheese up and add to spinach.

3Stir until cheese melts slightly.

4Mix egg and add to spinach.

5Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

6Add chicken bouillon (powder is better) or cut up a cube.

7Mix well.

8Put mixture in a greased pan.

9Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

10You may sprinkle more Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top before baking, if you wish.
