- 1 (14 oz.) can salmon, bones removed
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain salmon and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.

2Break apart salmon. Add egg and flour.

3Add baking powder to reserved liquid; beat until foamy.

4Pour into salmon mixture and stir until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil and fry until brown.
