  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Drain fish into measuring cup.

    Flake fish in a bowl. Add egg and mix with fork. Add flour and mix again. Add pepper.

    Use 1/4 cup liquid and mix with baking powder.
