- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Open can of salmon.

2Drain 1/4 cup juice into measuring cup. Add baking powder.

3it will foam, which is what it is supposed to do.

4If it does not foam, your baking powder is probably old, but will not hurt recipe.

5Add egg; stir.

6Add flour; stir.

7Use teaspoon to drop into hot oil, turning once.

8Place on paper towels to drain.
